At STEPS Labour & Recruitment we recognise that each candidate is a unique individual to be treated with respect. Unlike some other recruitment agencies, we do not use fancy algorithms to screen out the majority of candidates CV’s just to make our job easier. We read every CV and every covering letter and evaluate the candidates against the requirements of the position applied. If the candidate is not a match for that role we will advise them promptly, maintain their details and CV in our comprehensive candidate database and keep them abreast of future potential opportunities.

We provide candidates an opportunity to opt out of being in the candidate database shortly after their initial job application. Candidate details and status are updated in the candidate database on a regular basis.
